Who is responsible

Madhu Kumar, founder of Invara Labs, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice and operates from India. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@invaralabs.com.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email, company or organization, role, conversation type, inquiry details, and the page or route that led to the form. Name, email, conversation type, and inquiry details are required to submit the form.

Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser, request time, and security or diagnostic data, to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use it

• To receive, review, route, and respond to your inquiry.
• To decide whether a conversation, partnership, or engagement is appropriate.
• To maintain the security, reliability, and integrity of the website and contact service.

We do not use inquiry data for advertising, automated decision-making, or unrelated marketing. We do not sell personal information.

Basis for processing

Service providers and transfers

The inquiry travels through the Invara Labs website hosted by OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare domain and security services, a Pipedream delivery workflow, and the Invara Labs Google Workspace inbox. These providers process information only to supply hosting, security, workflow, and email services under their own contractual and privacy terms.

Because these providers operate internationally, information may be processed outside India or your country. Where required, transfers are handled using the safeguards available under applicable law and provider agreements.

Retention

We retain inquiry information for up to 12 months from submission, then delete it unless it is needed for an active business relationship, a legal obligation, security, dispute resolution, or a request you make. Pipedream event-payload retention is disabled for this workflow. Infrastructure providers may keep limited security and operational logs for the periods stated in their own policies.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also raise a grievance or complain to the appropriate data-protection authority.

Security and sensitive information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, server-side delivery credentials, restricted inbox access, and disabled workflow payload retention. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, API keys, production secrets, confidential source code, or personal customer data through the public form.

Children

This business website and inquiry form are not directed to children. Please do not submit a child's personal information.
